You may have heard the news that Atlantic Broadband has acquired WOW!’s broadband service, which includes Internet, Phone and Enterprise services, in Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio. We are excited to welcome you to Atlantic Broadband, where our customers are at the heart of everything we do! We’d like to take a moment to introduce you to our company and let you know what’s ahead.

Investing in future enhancements

Over the next several months, we will gradually transition your service to Atlantic Broadband. While this is occurring, there is no action required on your part and there will be no changes to your account. You can continue to enjoy your services as before. During this period of transition, we’ll invest tens of millions of dollars in our network in Ohio to ensure that you have access to the best that technology has to offer, including even faster, more reliable internet. This will support next generation TV and keep you connected to everything that is most important to you. FAQs regarding the transition to Atlantic Broadband



What will change for WOW! Business customers as a result of these sales?


As we work to transition services to Atlantic Broadband over the next several months, we will continue to support all WOW! Business services customers with super-fast, reliable services and professional customer care. Our teams will work to establish plans for the transition of customers to Atlantic Broadband and will keep you informed of any changes. At this time, there is no action required on your part and there will be no changes to your account. You can continue to enjoy your services as before.


My business is in one of the impacted service areas. Am I still a WOW! Customer?


Upon close of the transaction on September 1, WOW customers in Cleveland and Columbus will become Atlantic Broadband customers. During this transition period, you’ll continue to have access to your account representative who will be happy to answer any questions you may have.


Will my service contract be honored?


If the contract is exclusive to the Cleveland or Columbus market, meaning the contract does not relate to multiple markets, it will transfer automatically to Atlantic Broadband on September 1.


Will my day-to-day contact at WOW! change? Who should I contact with questions about the transactions?


Your WOW! team is still available to provide award-winning customer service via your Account Manager.


Will customers be required to sign a new agreement with Atlantic Broadband to replace the current contract?


No. Current WOW! contracts will be honored until their existing expiration date, at which time a new contract will be required.


Will the customer's business be impacted with any downtime during the transition?


We will be working hard to provide a seamless transition and you should be able to enjoy your services as before. Will my customer service experience be impacted? Atlantic Broadband and WOW! share a customer-centric culture so you can expect the very best in customer care and support.
